Agreement to Terms

By using the services of ReadyHook Whitney Tow Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all customers who request towing, roadside assistance, or any other services we provide. By calling us, submitting a quote request, or allowing us to tow your vehicle, you accept these terms.

Services Provided

ReadyHook Whitney Tow Service provides towing and roadside assistance services including but not limited to emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, heavy-duty towing, and roadside assistance.

We make every effort to provide prompt and professional service. However, response times may vary based on location, traffic, weather, and other factors beyond our control. Estimated arrival times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time service is completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or credit card company.

If you request service through your insurance company or roadside assistance program, you are still responsible for any charges not covered by that program. You agree to pay any difference between what your provider covers and our actual charges.

Prices quoted are estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges may differ if the actual situation requires additional services or is more complex than described.

Vehicle Condition and Liability

You are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing damage to your vehicle before we begin service. We will conduct a visual inspection and note any visible damage. If you do not tell us about existing damage, we cannot be held responsible for it.

While we take every precaution to handle your vehicle safely, you understand that towing inherently carries some risk. We carry appropriate insurance and will address any damage caused by our negligence. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by the condition of your vehicle or circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for removing all valuable items from your vehicle before it is towed. We are not responsible for any items left in your vehicle during transport or storage.

Cancellations

You may cancel service at any time before our truck arrives at no charge. If you cancel after our truck has been dispatched and is on the way to your location, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover our costs.

If our driver arrives at your location and you are not present or your vehicle is not accessible, you may be charged a dry run fee.

Storage

If we tow your vehicle to our facility or another storage location, you are responsible for daily storage fees starting 24 hours after the vehicle arrives. Storage fees continue until you pick up your vehicle or arrange for its release.

To retrieve your vehicle from storage, you must pay all outstanding towing and storage charges and provide proof of ownership. If charges remain unpaid for an extended period, we may exercise our legal right to file a lien and sell the vehicle to recover our costs.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided as is without any warranty, express or implied. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or timing. While we strive to provide excellent service, we cannot guarantee that our services will meet your specific needs or expectations in every situation.

We are not responsible for consequential damages such as lost wages, missed appointments, rental car costs, or other indirect losses resulting from your vehicle breakdown or our service.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Disputes and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
